Len oversees the long-term technology vision of Engage People and is responsible for driving continued innovation. Due to the team at Engage People’s ingenuity, they have 51M+ active members in their loyalty redemption program, accounting for $300M in transactions across their ecosystem annually.

With more experience and greater consumer demand, providing more options to pay, including loyalty points, is gaining momentum/widespread adoption. Len has repeatedly seen companies increase sales and customer loyalty by implementing member payment points.

Len started his first technology company at 18 and most recently was the Director and Chief Technology Officer at Access (formerly LRG Rewards). His passion is web-based application design and development across various business applications, particularly in user interfaces and process automation.
