I’m Joe Infante, a Business and Technology Executive and founder of Compass Left, where I serve mid-market companies as a fractional CIO. My work is rooted in a simple belief: people come before systems, and leadership is ultimately an act of service.
Before my business career, I served as a U.S. Army Drill Instructor and member of the 82nd Airborne Division, an experience that shaped my commitment to discipline, humility, and serving others first. Today, I help organizations align their technology, processes, and people so leaders can operate with clarity, confidence, and far less stress.
Most challenges I see aren’t technology issues; they’re human issues caused by misalignment, overwhelm, or old habits that no longer serve the business. My mission is to support leaders with honest, empathetic guidance and practical solutions that help both people and organizations thrive.
