Ryan has found that using video proposals has been very successful for BroGrisc. 80% of the video proposals that BroGrisc sends out are viewed after 5 pm, and 50% are viewed after 7 pm. This is because small business owners are busy during the day and don't have time to meet with insurance agents. Video proposals allow them to learn about their insurance needs at their own convenience.
