As a CPA, when Tony once asked an audit partner if he could help a client reverse their 3 yr trend of falling profit margins during the accounting slow season, he replied, “Tony, that is not what we do” Since then, Tony’s taken numerous and extensive consulting courses, and read many books, and started his own accounting and consulting firm. It was 12 yrs ago he concluded doing taxes and financial statements would kill him.  Helping business owners realize their true vision, he can do until the day he dies.  He sold off the accounting portion of his practice to pursue his dream.
He gets genuinely excited when he sees the #’s improve in his client’s financial statements.  Constantly honing his skills as a consultant, he searched for a coach to help him navigate past the internal boundaries he encountered with some of his clients when they failed to implement what needed to be Done for the business's success.  That is when the Do-Be Associates were created.  He is a graduate of Syracuse University.
Created the name Do-BE associates, coined the term "its Do-BE time. Amongst many client successes, I have helped an mfg co grow from 3m - 8m in sales and increase profit margins from 29 to 38 % I am an Eagle Scout. My band is Enemy of the People. I married the greatest woman in the world - Lucia Chang- Carnesi.
