Scott Fedor is a professional keynote speaker, best-selling author, and disability advocate. His blogs have been featured across several media outlets, including, U.S. News & World Report.

Scott suffered a broken neck and was left paralyzed after a diving accident. He is the founder and president of, Getting Back Up, a nonprofit that assists spinal cord-injured individuals. Prior to his injury, he served as Vice President of a Berkshire Hathaway subsidiary. He is an advocate member of the Adversity 2 Advocacy Alliance, a Los Angeles-based nonprofit which promotes turning personal challenges into service to others. He also serves as a Board Member for LEAP, a nonprofit which assists individuals living with disabilities.
